COVID-19 Shipping Update: A message to our KASORP SHOP family

Our top priority is the health and safety of the warehouse employees and our customers, the products and fulfilment facility was completely redesigned to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

What does this mean for you?

  • Processing times may be delayed.Processing times are generally within few extra business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.
  • Some items will not be possible ship to your location, feel free to contact us for more information.

The crisis we face because of Coronavirus has both a very significant human dimension, and a potentially major economic impact.

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING & HANDLING

The last day to purchase and receive your product by Christmas in your country is 12/13/18 at 11:59pm pst.

On occasion KASORP SHOP offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to the KASORP SHOP ship to most countries worldwide via USPS, epacket and FedEx for all domestic and international packages.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

The processing time for orders is depend where your country is, count on business days. National or internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS and FedEx to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited worldwide.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express Apple Pay, and PayPal. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
